Emma J was fanatistic today! She's a great asset to your team. She is a great listener, gives good advice and makes sure you leave satisfied. Couldn't ask for better service
Arrived back in Bury from Manchester and walked over to your store in the rain for a few bits arriving at 17.55. All locked up despite a six o’clock published closing time. Staff just staring at me through the glass. If this is High St shopping then frankly the high street deserves to fail. I will stuck to the internet shopping now?? Extremely disappointing.
Staff ok clothing part of shop is very good, with a lift up to the first floor where there's a small cafe, menswear, beauty, children's wear and lingerie, rhe ground floor food court is good now and the rest of the ground floor is ladies wear.
Nice big store with a wide selection. I actually went in for the midnight blossom perfume which smells amazing! The staff we're really helpful too. Easily wheelchair and pram accessible
When you are browsing items to look for particular size or anything else , there are bench of women nearly retired staff talking to each other with body language like you gonna I tend to rob something , you can’t shop there as you feel watched and accused even in regular customer, won’t come back there , I prefer Manchester centre one
Marks and Spencer is a nice outlet and well sorted, big area with underwear and all types of clothing, the prices were fair do I am satisfied. There is a customer toilet inside which I found to be clean. Enjoyed lurking around there and will go again when in the Are
Hmmm .... Know heres a topic that makes the mind think, why is it Mark's & Spencer's think they can charge twice the price for everything they sell, do people go in here intentionally to be robbed as the food every where else is just as good at half there price, The add saying '' only at marks & Spencer's '' sorry but your definitely not that good, this is one place that puts me of going in because of it so called high class attitude, who needs it when you can go elsewhere for better prices. Even the staff think there above everyone else, which is so aggravating going shopping in a place like this.
Visited the M&S cafe yesterday with my Grandma for her 87th birthday to have a bite to eat after shopping. The Cafe staff were nothing short of amazing. They were warm, welcoming and left my Grandma smiling from ear to ear on her birthday. It’s been a tough few years after losing my Grandad so she doesn’t like to go out as much but this Cafe experience left her feeling positive and like there is still so much good in the world. It seems somewhat over dramatic to say that but it is very true. We had a wonderful time and I am most grateful to the extraordinary Marks & Spencer staff who went above and beyond to make my Grandma feel great on her special day.
I went into M&S in Bury to look for a birthday card and a present for my friend. I couldn't choose between several lovely cards so I went and browsed the bottles of spirits. I found a tiny bottle and a mixed can of the perfect drink for my friend but could not find a larger bottle. I asked the young woman on the bread counter if she knew about the drinks which she didn't, but she fetched her collegue who was a very helpful young man. I had several food items to pay for so I went to a manned checkout as I had an alcoholic drink which needed approval. Again the assistant was a young man. All three staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave the kind of customer service I expect from M&S. They were all very clean and tidy and well presented and very good looking indeed and they really are a credit to this store. I tell all my friends to visit the food store late in the day as they reduce items on their end date to ridiculously low prices. I buy some high quality food items for a fraction of the price I would pay at my local budget supermarket. Quality produce, exceptional staff and the general ambiance of the store makes a visit to M&S Bury altogether a very enjoyable experience. I don't know how clearly the picture shows today's bargains but what was over £5 worth of goods cost me £1.60.
Went for a browse and to the cafe, it was busy, had a scone which was amazing and a pot of tea, would highly recommend.
