Always love this store, kept clean and tidy, staff are super helpful all the time since they've had a make over the layout of the store and wait times have improved also! Only issue really which isn't their fault is the ship lifting that takes place as they seem to be getting bolder with the amounts they are taking from the the store and they don't care who sees them either & the local police don't seem to be doing to much to help all local stores really when it comes to theft in stores.
Friendly local supermarket, offering a great selection of freshly made bread, meat, fresh fruit and vegetables and M&S own signature dishes. Superb! I especially appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the help customers receive from the staff. The one whose help has always been forthcoming is Suzanne - one of the longest-serving staff members.
Today I visited Teddington M&S.nAn older lady unloaded her basket in the self check out assuming it was normal checkout area. She was very confused and required help. A young girl,Diana, eventually decided to come over to help once beckoned by myself. Bad attitude.nShe showed zero appreciation that this elderly lady was confused and distressed. She helped briefly but left before the lady fully completed her transaction which my wife had to assist with. This girl made the lady feel that she was an imposition and she was totally lacking empathy for the situation. Could not get away quick enough to stand around and do nothing.nIt could be she is just lacking in experience or training but it was not a good impression for M&S.
Amazing experience. My favorite local supermarket. Today I was served by Flenn he was very helpful and nice, thank you for your service good job
