Fantastic food. Always polite staff. Cheaper than other supposedly cheaper supermarkets on a lot of stuff it’s my favourite supermarket!!

The products are excellent but unfortunately the staff not all are interested in doing their job. Right now I'm angry because I ordered the bread on Tuesday until March 9th because I work from 7 am to 7 pm and yesterday and today I didn't find it and I'm honestly sorry but they don't see me anymore
This store is my local M&S and it never fails to impress. Always has a good variety of options and very well priced considering quality differences in comparison to competitors. Never too busy and it’s a decent size store considering the area. Staff are always polite and service is quick!
Went into M&S food yesterday evening to do my evening shopping. They've changed the layout again! I don't know why they keep doing this. It was much better before, but now they've made it really tight and awkward to get around.nAnyway, the worst thing was that when I went to the checkout to pay for my items, the checkout lady Shelly, was the name on her badge, gave me a couple of bags and watched gormlessly as I struggled opening them up and putting my shopping inside! Other staff members on the checkout have always pre-opened the bags and then given them to you, and that's the high quality service we've come to expect from M&S. But not this person. She just casually watched me struggle which made it awkward and worse for me and the customers behind me.
