I went to your store on the 22 December to buy a bra ,big problem You have no changing rooms, so I did not know my size I had to buy 3 bras 40 E 42E And a 38 E ok you say only £60 ,no what about petrol we had to take the bras that did not fit back the 40 E fitted the others were no good for me .ok you might say it’s my fault that I did not know my size but what woman does we go up and down like a yo-yo . Now I thought that we were in the store we would buy the Christmas desserts,so I bought a trifle ,cheese cake and a chocolate log .the chocolate log was wonderful I would recommend it to anyone .but the trifle was runny it was a plastic bowl with a big spoon of jam with runny custard and tasteless cream bad buy the cheese cake was a bit pricey but I said it looks nice big mistake it was off and the date was still ok it was dated until 27 , anyway thanks marks and Spencer’s The news on the tv says that your takings have went down here are a few reasons why

Great clean and tidy store, ranges are limited as with most M&S stores. The staff are very helpful. Parking can be difficult here especially at busy times.

It's a good shop and cafe were you can have a nice cuppa before or after your walk around the store, beautifully packaged fruit & veg why not give it a try .....

Appalled yet again to buy an item of food from their fridge section to taste said food and it was "off!" Second time in a week. An assistant was putting food back into fridges that quite obviously had been out for a while. I checked sell by dates as this store is pretty poor at stock rotation. Laziness or lack of knowledge? Not sure. Coleslaw tasted rancid. I'm fed up of choosing in date produce from here and having to throw it away! Also picked up three boxes of Kenyan tea, they were out of date next week. I love tea, but wouldn't manage 150 bags in a week!! So fed up, wouldn't mind if the food was cheap but it isn't!
