Expensive but good british products. Italian products are actually English products not really Italian and also horrible, so if you are Italian don't buy from here if you don't want to throw them away. The bar lacks cleanliness, staff nice
Nice people in the shop you can ask for help if you need
NHS trace app not working, cafe understaffed so tables were not being cleared and cleaned properly. In other areas too many staff just hanging around in clusters!!
They are taking both shopping and COVID-19 seriously. It is a pleasure to shop here and the Cafe is open as well. Basically enjoy shopping again, even in a mask.
Unlike some shops these people have been amazing during lockdown down. Polite and sensible, no snapping at customers & very obliging ... I wish I could say the same for other retailers in Bath during this time. We’ve done plenty of shopping here as a result & will continue to do so.
