This is a great store. Everyone is super friendly and will always do their very best to give any help that's needed. I called in yesterday Tuesday 29 August and needed to speak to the Manager about an issue I'd raised previously. I spoke to Saf, who was actually on his first day there. What a credit he to Mark and Spencer's. He was super courteous and attentive to the issue at hand. In fact, before I'd left the store he'd fully resolved the matter. Thank you Saf, I really appreciated how you dealt with this. You really can't beat Mark's for quality food shopping, and it will probably surprise many people to know that many of their prices on everyday items are lower than the big supermarkets.
A great visit to M&S yesterday for the Dine in offer. I am glad I booked a shop time as there was quite a queue when I got there! The staff were very helpful to show me what I couldn't find and Steve on checkout was helpful too. Will definitely shop there again soon.

I had a lovely experience in Bridgnorth M&S today. I am recovering from a serious Brain Aneurysm and I’d accidentally cut myself at home. I’d hap hazardously bandage myself with masking tape and it was noticed at checkout and they … really lovingly took care of me - Thank you all so much
