My family and I have been coming to this practice for many years. I have nothing but praise for the way we have been treated by everyone. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recently  cut a holiday short to come back for emergency treatment - such is the faith I have in my particular  dentist! Nothing is too much trouble .  I would not hesitate in recommending the practice to anyone looking for treatment.

An excellent dental practice which has stood the test of time within the Heatons and surrounding area. Throughout the 29 years I have been visiting M. Russell & Associates I have never been in doubt regarding my dental care. Mr Russell and his colleagues, throughout the business, are extremely friendly, respectful and carry themselves with the upmost professionalism. I am a proud patient and would not hesitate to recommend M. Russell & Associates.

Cannot believe how rude the reception staff are at this place. I've never heard anything like it. Horrendous!
