Asked 10 months ago i asked MLT to contact me, they never did. I then had a message to remove my review as it was negative and it was a genuine mistake and they didn't receive the message which I did. Asked them to contact me 5 days ago by leaving an answerphone message and on their contact form. So far no response and have got someone else. Not knocking their work as I can't comment on that but am surprised they have any work if they don't get back to people. Once may be an oversight but twice ......nah

Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the start it was a positive experience . Mitchell Thomas came out and quickly gave us a very fair estimate and commencement date. He was punctual, polite, courteous and friendly .He worked quickly and was very neat and tidy. The job he did was first class. we have never been so warm and snug here. He arrived on time everyday and explained the new system to us patiently ensuring we fully understood how to get the most out of the new boiler. Would highly recommend this company. I emailed Mitch in the evening and he got back to me promptly. We asked for a quote for various jobs such as replacing radiators, moving the boiler to another place and bringing the gas line into our kitchen. He explained our options, made suggestions and gave us a very competitive quote. He is punctual, very knowledgeable and did the job we asked for. Mitch provided a speedy and clear quote which he quickly adjusted when I messed him around! and was able to meet my requested start date with no problems. The installation of my new boiler and other minor jobs was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. He explained everything he was doing as the job progressed and when it turned out there was a minor manufacturer's problem with the boiler he was proactive in arranging an engineer to attend and provided ongoing assistance throughout that appointment as well. All around he was a pleasure to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend him to any potential customers.
