I would highly recommend using MKB for conveyancing on a house sale. Leigh Bassinder was incredible, I cannot fault her at all, reliable, efficient and thorough- everything you would want in a solicitor handling the purchase of your first home. Would give more stars if I could!

We have used MKB on multiple occasions especially Sara Audin  she is meticulous, professional and courteous, nothing is too much trouble she keeps you updated and well informed always goes that extra mile

My biggest regret is coming into contact with this awful solicitors. I had a 15 minute phone call/general enquiry - and within days, I received a bill for over £700. No work was undertaken, and I felt so afraid to question/query the bill out of fear of the bill doubling, I paid. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service from Leigh at MKB when selling our house. She went above and beyond to sort all issues that arose. Leigh updated us every step of the way, keeping us informed of all progress made, even on her non-working days! Avoid avoid avoid the company like the plague I spent thousands on fees with my divorce settlement and got absolutely no where. After only 3-5 days of negotiations with my Ex Wife’s Solicitor I had settled and resolved my divorce proceedings. I asked for a explanation but only received complete and utter nonsense Then to make things worse I had a small amount outstanding without warning or any correspondence they started a county court claim even though I had settled the outstanding balance 3 days prior !! I have asked for s explanation, nothing abd no one will return my calls or emails They are still trying to make me pay court fees and interest in money that we paid before court proceedings commenced Utterly shocked and shameful Please use a different solicitor they are honest one’s out there MKB certainly isn’t one of them Jon C

Cannot fault the service offered by Sara, professional and personable. It's not been a smooth journey house hunting as a first-time buyer, but Sara was ready for any challenges I presented her with. I will be using again at the next opportunity.
