M.J.Payne Mobile Car Valeting

I just had my daughters small car Gold Valeted by Matt J Payne. What a con, £65 for a half finished job. He was hired by my son who did not look at MJ's Website but spoke to him. He was assured that the car would be gleaming in and out for that price including a deep clean of the carpets and seats. To be fair the seats were clean to an acceptable standard apart from a stain on the edge of the back seat. We discussed the lack of outside clean before I handed over the money as it was confirmed that the Website did say only the inside for that price. He left and I decided to have a closer look. I then spotted the dirty mark on the seat and then noticed a crease in the carpet beside the dirty mark, which, on closer inspection revealed more dirt. I lifted the back seat to expose the rear seat edges and was astonished to find it was completely filthy under there including the carpet which tucks just below the seat. I photographed it all and phoned Matt to invite him back to put right that which he missed. Unfortunately the call went to answerphone and as yet he has not returned my call. My advice is to give Matt J Payne a miss for a valet as he does not really do what his advert says. He says he is passionate about cleaning...... More like passionate about making money without completing the job.
