Didn't scan in DHL parcel correctly, now I can't collect parcel and have to wait for DHL he's doffice to resolve. Shocking.
Somehow, I am glad to hear that also more people have experienced such a bad costumer service in this place, I will not go back anymore, and I hope they stop that service they are never able to provide. 2 times in my case. Hopefully, Collect + will stop using that place soon.
Machine never working or as I assume guy is to lazy to work or doesn’t know how to use it .
very bad attitude, not friendly, very rude, avoid at all costs.
Appalling store. Overpriced. Badly staffed and utterly useless. I won't ever shop in there again.
