We've used MJ Burt for several jobs, plumbing and decorating, and have always been very happy with the service provided both at home and in our rental property. Martin and Lewis are polite, take care of our home when they're here, and their work is always completed to an excellent standard. The business is run professionally and they're a pleasure to deal with.
We were very fortunate to have had Lewis and Martin recommended to us by our son, an Estate Agent, whose company used Lewis for all their gas & plumbing needs. We’ve been using M J Burt Property Maintenance ever since, for many years now, and highly recommend Lewis, Martin and Mark. They are all highly skilled, extremely professional in all they do - and a pleasure to work with, Lewis is extremely patient, and a problem solver. He will always try to find the best, and most competitive, efficient result for all the numerous problems we have thrown at him! As landlords, he has supported us in keeping old boilers and appliances going, and also keeping us safe and legal by servicing and doing our annual Gas safety certificates, When old boilers have finally given up the ghost, Lewis has replaced them at very competitive prices, again finding solutions to all manner of issues encountered in flats. He always goes above and beyond in every job he does. He has fitted us in at short notice, and always ensures that neither we, nor our tenants are inconvenienced, or have to be without heating and hot water. He is polite, personable and has a lovely manner. He doesn’t let anything faze him. He’s a great guy who is very experienced, highly skilled, patient and efficient. We cannot recommend Lewis highly enough - and highly recommend him and all the team at M J Burt Property Maintenance.
Great local company which I've used on several occasions. Recently had the chimney repointed, all works completed on time and to a high standard. Nice & friendly and would thoroughly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic service repairing and painting our junior doctor rest facilities bedrooms and bathrooms at Poole Hospital on the doctors accommodation floor. Martin was so obliging, his team were extremely friendly and the work they produced was outstanding given the busy corridor in which they had to work. I would thoroughly recommend Martin and his team - no job is too small and their attention to detail is superb. We are so grateful that they were able to make our vision a reality.
Lewis at MJBurt has been servicing our boiler and doing our annual gas safety check for the last 6 or so years. Lewis has always been punctual, pleasent and professional. He has been avaliable when other plumbers have let us down. I would not hesitate in recommending his service to others. Keep up the good work.
I have used M J Burt Property Maintenance LTD for my plumbing needs for 8 yrs and have always felt pleased with the service provided. Lewis who is my plumber is very pleasant, clean and tidy with his work. I cannot say anything negative.
This company are an absolute disgrace to the industry. They were booked by me to do a refurb on a flat in Bournemouth. A lot of time and planning going into it by myself to have a smooth run. Literally at the last minute they let me down, because a worktop which had been ordered, became unavailable. This apparently was my fault! They pulled out last minute, leaving me with a HUGE problem. Most unreliable, unethical and unprofessional company I have ever come across.
The work was to seal leak between window frame & wall. Work was done to good standard, completed on time and to quotation. Martin was at all times informative, helpful & polite. I would have no hesitation of using him again or giving high recommendation.
Very delighted with the work done to my balcony. I moved recently and inherited a rotten balcony covered with fake grass. I now have a repaired balcony covered with lovely decking. They worked in freezing weather with no complaints! Work started and finished on time.
