Excellent service. Friendly staff dealt with my  call quickly and efficiently. Breakdown truck arrived very quickly and called when he was in the area to let me know. The problem  with the car was dealt with at a local garage and the breakdown guy stayed around in case I needed to get a lift home. Overall an excellent service , but I do hope i don't have to use them to often.

Used MIS Claims when I was involved in a non-fault incident. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle straight away and looked after my claim brilliantly!! Would highly recommend!

Following a recent non fault accident I utilised the services of MIS claims. They were fast and efficient, dealing with my vehicle repairs and providing me with a much needed replacement car whilst my own was being repaired. They took all the hassle and stress out of the incident and I will definitely use them again

Being a customer of Hughes I had to use Mis for an insurance claim recently. They were fantastic from start to finish, nothing was ever a bother and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and Family.  Thanks Mis for all your help in making something so stressful go so easy.

Forced to use MIS as a Hughes Insurance customer. Pretty useless. Courtesy car was delivered with wiper blades that were so worn the rubber had separated from the main blade. They also took my car to Wright's accident repair centre which was a disaster. 5 attempts it took them to repair the car to an acceptable standand. Save yourself hassle and phone Crash Services instead.
