Had a trim & colour for a special occasion. Colour choices were limited & hair was cut too short.
A week later having a blow-dry at a different salon, the hairdresser couldn't believe I'd only had it cut the week previously & showed me the layers were really uneven - some had been cut too short, some were too long.
It's been tricky for me to style myself. Maybe a junior did it but there was still a £70 price tag.
