Made an appointment to get some forms signed and when I turned up no appointment in diary and no Hayley. Two days later still awaiting a call back. I guess communication is not a strong skill.  I acknowledge the owners response and do have sympathy, however, I posted the review before anyone had made contact with me and after I'd found another solicitor. If I'd been told at the time I turned up for my appointment that there was an emergency I would have been far more understanding.

Can't fault Hayley's service. It seemed impossible to complete before the deadline but she made it happen.  Thank you very much.

Rude, slow, everything that wasn't needed for a sale that was slightly more complex. Might be the cheapest in the area but there's a reason for that. Much better conveyancers in the area as we have since experienced.
