Shocking telephone service. Tried to call the shop to ask about a parcel deliver from UPS. 1st time I was told busy to call back, fair enough. 2nd time I tried to call was told "is this quick I am busy "and when I questioned about poor service was told " to forget it" Will be reporting to UPS to have this rude shop owner removed from their network. !!!UPDATE!!!! In Response to the comments from the shop that have been added. My question was simple one, which I never got chance to ask because of the abruptness of the person on the phone and could have been answered in 10 seconds. It may not ultimately be your responsibility, however I work in retail management and deal with things I shouldn't on a regular basis to keep my customers HAPPY. Good luck with the business as you will need it if you continue to upset customers in such a way.
