My husband Walter and I are from the Netherlands and were looking to replace our careseats which were wornout. Walter found the MGF centre online and from the very first contact with Victoria trough email and telephone we were covinced we had found the right place to bye the new carseats from. Victoria designs the seats herself and they are of amazing quality! Because we planned a holiday overseas to let Bill fit the seats into our MGF himself we had the plessure to meet Bill and Victoria in person. Highly recommended! Good communication and handling. Victoria and Bill saved my MGF. More specialised spare parts are virtually unavailable in Germany as I was looking for VVC units. Victoria very quickly recommended and offered me a complete, refurbished and planned cylinder head. Delivery took only 2.5 weeks including reconditioning and customs clearance. Very good work by Bill, I was very positively surprised and do not recognise the engine sound and run now. You can tell that he is an expert. So the -hopefully next- 23 years with my MGF can come. The only place I will take my TF 160 to! Victoria and Bill are absolute experts in their craft and have gone above and beyond every time they have worked on my 160. From top communication and knowledge to their exceptional quality of work. You drive away feeling proud and in safe hands.
I cannot recommend enough the excellent cusomer service I received from Victoria regarding the installation of a set of roll hoops, even though I did not purchase it from them. They even sent me a drawing of the profile , of the central windstop from a cusomers car they had in the workshop. I cannot thank them enough for the lengths they took to ensure I could complete the installation.
