Bought our first caravan from here in Feb 16. Very helpful and gave us some really good advice to help us choose a caravan. We returned to MG Caravans when we upgraded to a slightly bigger caravan as we were so impressed with the service. Friendly, knowledgeable and no sales pressure. Would definitely recommend.
Bought a seven year old caravan from MG last year and was given a one year warranty. During a service not done by MG Caravans and should have been done earlier but was held up a couple of faults were discovered. These couldn't be described as minor faults but with only one day to go before end of warranty I contacted MG and they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They even told me to have an already arranged holiday before taking the caravan in for them to have a look at it, even though this took it weeks beyond the end of the warranty period. They accepted without question that the faults were there and did remedial work, doing a lot more than I expected and fitted new parts when I thought a repair would have been adequate and acceptable to me. I bought the caravan from them in the first place partly because of the good reviews and I will certainly try them first if I ever decide to buy another caravan in the future. Thank you Paul & Martin, it is a pleasure to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers.
Bought a 'new to us' Caravan at the beginning of June. 1999 Lunar Clubman This is our second caravan bought from MG Caravans, the first one being 7 years ago. Once again a totally painless purchase. Paul really couldn't have done more going above and beyond with his customer service. We are now on our first Proper outing with it.
Honest Seller. Great customer service. MGs went above and beyond helping my wife and I get back into Caravaning after our last one was stolen. Go see them if you are interestedin a new van or fancy upgrading.
Just had a complete new front panel fitted on my 2015 Ariva. What a brilliant job they have done----could not have done a better job at the Lunar factory. Well done guys.

Fantastic service from friendly helpful staff even if you did not buy your caravan from them. Can't recommend these people enough.
Sick of the fire alarm going off for hours on end, night an day no care for residents who live close by, if it carry's on I will take the matter further until it is solved. Starting with police and council about the noise. Along with a partition from resident's about how often this happens and how long it goes on for.
Whatever you need for a caravan, or whatever service/repair work you may need then these guys are the place to go to!!! Very knowledgeable staff and great welcome to :
