I visited the Otley store today.with the assistance of the lovely staff I managed to get what I wanted nothing seemed to much for them as they went looking for me .They realised I had difficulties getting around the store.so once again thank you x

Lovely place to shop and the staff are very helpful

Nicely laid out and some great styles. Staff very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, a little overpriced and not enough petite section.

The clothes are poor quality and very old fashioned. Expensive too.

Lovely clothes but a little expensive. Most of the staff are friendly but I wish it was open longer than 4.30 during the week and 5 on saturday. Also, their refund policy of sale goods back onto a gift card that only lasts 90 even when the goods are faulty should be looked at.

The range and design of clothing is not as good as previously but they have some nice things.
