We were travelling from the West Midlands to visiting good friends in Tedburn St Mary’s in our motorhome when we had a transmission failure close to our destination.nI contacted my break down provider, only to be advised that my policy doesn’t cover me personally only my car so we were stranded on the junction of an island.nI did a quick google search and found MC services who were local. The lady that took my call could sense I was in trouble so, spoke with the workshop manager who spoke with me directly and then decided to drive out to our stranded vehicle to review the problem and see if he could help.nHe reviewed the engine management system, diagnosis the faults and resolved the problems and within 20mins of his arrival we were back underway and problem fixed.nThe response and level of service we received was outstanding and over and above which isn’t the normal practice today so, my wife and I appreciated your help and we are truly grateful. nWe can’t thank these guys enough because we were looking at being stranded over night, joining the RAC recovery service with a view to recovering us back home to the West Midlands but all that was diverted by the excellent service and help from The staff at MC services kindly provide, what a wonderful company, thank you guys very much.
We were traveling back from Devon when we had a brake issue on our Camper Van, it sounded like a stone was caught between the pad and the disc. We pulled off the A30 in a panic and whilst scrabbling around by the side of the road when a nice man recommended MCS who were just down the road and unknown to us.nnMCS were very helpful and were able to look at our van within an hour of us randomly turning up, they had some heavy duty ramps to lift our 3.5T van which was impressive and were able to get at the brake, clear the issue and get us back on the road safely an hour later.nnWe were very grateful for their prompt attention, no sucking of lips or blowing, professional and very very cost effective. We got home having only lost 2 hours which easily could have turned into a nightmare journey.nnThanks Ladies and guy again for your prompt attention!
Fantastic service! We were on the way back from Cornwall and had an issue with our tyres. We dropped in without an appointment, 10 minutes later it was up on a ramp and the issue was found. They didn’t have the right replacement tyre but they found us one locally and they went to pick it up for us. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg either! Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.

Having travelled from Leicestershire I stopped on A30 to stretch my legs. On starting again vehicle was in limp mode. M C Services had the vehicle back up to full power which allowed me to make the delivery & get home. Very helpful& knowledgeable.
