Serviced our air con units and in under three weeks one was leaking. He offered no solution to help us and simply said 'call me tomorrow, I'm driving' when I asked if he could send someone to check the unit, bearing in mind it had recently been serviced and the asked for full payment before the job had been completed, I would have expected a slightly more urgent response, or at least some advice as to how to prevent it from leaking any more over night. Careless customer service. I would avoid. Also on initial booking they were two hours late and we had to close having waited for them, they then returned the next day and were late again.
