Our family has been coming to Lynbridge dentist for a number of years. Usually the service and staff are delightful. Until this morning! I was 3 minutes late at 8:30 for my sons appointment, which I apologised for and the dentist stated he could not see us. Which is fine. Even though they cancelled my sons appointment before this! But when the receptionist was talking to my son and I a rude and rather immature dentist called Mr Hooper decided to make a very inappropriate comment stating ' maybe you shouldn't be late next time' May I suggest for future reference you act your age and not your shoe size! How utterly embarrassing, not just for yourself, the reception and the practice, but for making my 9 year old son feel very uncomfortable. Totally disgracfull behaviour. What a role model you show yourself to be to young children.
