I had the most incredible experience. One that I will forever cherish. From the moment I found Lynn Ashworth England Sarah and her team to the moment I put on my dress on my wedding day…. my whole experience was flawless. Filled with excitement, fun, expert knowledge and creativity. Every time I entered the boutique, it felt like Sarah and her team knew me. Which made me feel at ease.nnWhen I first started my journey looking for the dress, I was a little bit worried because everything that I could see online or in bridal boutiques were very sparkly.. not the right shape, too low in the front - just not me at all… I wanted to feel like me, but feel incredible on our wedding day. I was also getting married in November, so was also looking for something potentially with sleeves!nnI came across Lynn Ashworth on their Instagram page. And that was it! I had just found a dressmaker that can create bespoke dresses that I could actually afford. Made in the UK and made at the highest quality.nI immediately emailed them and Sarah responded and I was booked in to visit!nI live two hours away, but just knew that this was the place I needed to go to!nnEntering the boutique was like a dream. A very calm space filled with incredible dresses.nnI chatted with Sarah about styles, showed her lots of pictures and tried on some dresses with her guidance.nnWhat I was really impressed with is that every dress they have, they make from their own patterns. I loved the top of one dress and the bottom of another. And with the team’s expert knowledge and guidance, we created my dream dress!nnI had started my journey with lots of time behind me, which I was grateful for. That way, I didn’t feel rushed. There was no pressure on the team and it was more of an enjoyable experience.nnI returned a few times for different fittings and had measurements taken. And the time came to collect my dress!nOn the day I collected the dress the country had the most horrendous weather!! We had so much flooding. Sarah and her team only had a few hours to make sure the dress was complete and ready to go before the area became so flooded they wouldn’t be able to leave and get home! I managed to arrive, collect the dress and have one final cuddle at the door before I had to leave as quickly as possible!!nnThe morning of November 11, 2023 I put on the most incredible dress and veil I could’ve ever wished for.nnI would recommend Lynn Ashworth - Sarah and her team of dressmakers in an absolute heartbeat. Wonderful women who cared deeply, had so much knowledge and are incredible dressmakers - I could never have asked for anything better.nnThank you
What an absolute dream! I had an idea of what I wanted in my wedding dress and was googling but just couldn't find anything in the UK that matched my vision. Lyn Ashworth came up on an Instagram advert and I'm so pleased! I travelled 2 hours to the atelier and it was the best decision. I had recently found out I was pregnant when I came to choose my wedding dress and Sarah was extremely accommodating in getting me an earlier appointment before my body changed too much. I tried on two dresses and was delighted when I was allowed to combine elements of both of them. A service that you cannot get anywhere else. The dress was designed, made and altered under one roof and I absolutely love that. The service is second to none and I was so excited to wear my dress. The detail is just beautiful and a veil of absolute dreams. I absolutely recommend Lyn Ashworth and would not hesitate to make the journey. Thank you for all of your help Sarah in creating my dream dress!
Sarah at Lyn Ashworth is Amazing. I am not your typical excited bride I was dreading finding a dress and spent countless months looking online. When I met Sarah I could just tell how important her work is to her and she made me so feel comfortable and at ease. I just knew I could put my trust in her and her team to find me the perfect dress. The dresses at Lyn Ashworth are beautiful and can be tailored to fit your preferences. I am excited to try my bespoke dress measured to fit me perfectly.
I was scrolling on Instagram and the Marci dress from Lyn Ashworth popped up. I fell in love with it instantly and told myself that would be the dress I would get married in. A few years later I got engaged and made the trip to the Atelier. As soon as I walked in Sarah had this big smile which just made me at ease. She listened to what I would like in a dress. We tried on the Marci first and I started to cry before it was even fully on! My dream dress was becoming a reality. Sarah is a perfectionist and it shows in the attention to detail. Thank you Sarah for making my dream dress. I felt like a true princess!
I have absolutely loved working with Lyn Ashworth. Sarah & the team make you feel totally at ease as soon as you walk through the door on your first visit and Sarah was incredible at listening to me, taking the time to help me figure out what I wanted before I even realised what I wanted. They honestly cannot do enough for you and I could not have gone on my dress journey with anyone better.
