Went as a spectator to watch family members doing SUP. Prices seems very reasonable. Plenty of seating for the spectators, some in the shade too. Café kiosk selling drinks etc. Changing facilities with shower. The Salt water pool has an inflatables course, swimming area and the SUP section. Plenty of staff around. Lots of fun for all the family
Everyone seemed to be having a great time here. The lagoon is split into three areas, the swimming area, which is a decent size, split into a family area and lane swimming. It's very cheap to book too £2.25 per child, £4.50 per adult for 2 hours. The inflatables, which are a lot more expensive around £70 for 4 people but it's a very large course and they get nearly 2 hours on it. The third area is sectioned off for paddleboarding £10/hourwhich was not very busy, they say a maximum of 8-10 people at a time but for the first hour there were only 2 and then 3 during the second hour. Wetsuits can be hired for £5. Lifejackets are provided in the entry cost. There were staff everywhere, around 10 lifeguards too. All very helpful and friendly. On entry to the site a lifeguard greets each family/group privately and inducts them. The site is a little shabby around the edges but doesn't let it down too much. £2.50 fee for spectators which doesn't get you anything other than entrance seems a little unnecessary.
Took the family here for last day out before end of summer holidays. Was super good fun. Well laid out and not too busy.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Lovely pool although was a tad cold being end of the summer. First went with a friend we stayed for 2 hours, really good price and very friendly and helpful staff. Little coffee shop you can access inside and out of the gate. Second time was the last day of the season and was a dog swimming session. Lots of fun and my little dog was in a safe environment for learning to swim. Sadly I only just found the place as its about to close for the winter but I will definitely be returning next year.
Fantastic location, saltwater fed pool in amazing surroundings. 75min session was a perfect length of time. BA and wetsuits available to use, £5 wetsuit hire. Parents can join in or enjoy the sunshine and a rest, sitting around the vast pool. Massive course, so no one will get bored. 8-11 yo group loved it. Book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
It's a nice place for a swim in saltwater without the waves! The part dedicated to swimming is deep enough for an adult to swim easily but not too deep for small people. The inflatable side looks fun but I haven't used it myself. The buildings are a bit tired looking but there is loads of changing space and the showers are hot!! And at just over £4 for a 2 hour session it's great value!
Absolutely fantastic. Hours of fun Albeit slightly sore and warn out from trying to cling on for dear life ! Would 100% recommend for kids and adults alike we will definitely be returning, Only criticism is they could have more changing facilities.
> Please like helpful reviews < Spectacular place for little kids and big kids alike. Great fun, plenty of inflatables to play on for all ages and reasonable prices if you stay for at least a few hours. Queues at the food shop get quite long so take a picnic, but do have an ice cream, they're devine!
I booked this for my children and they had an amazing 2 hours. Well worth every penny spent as they came back exhilarated and exhausted having had a great time. I would recommend this to all, but do make sure you book tickets.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
We weren't actually at the Sea Baths we were outside crabbing. Nice haul of crabs with fresh bacon bait. The tiny crabs go back in the water. They are caught by putting the bacon in a small net within the large net. But we saw the sea baths & it looked amazing!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
