This place has honestly gone downhill. It really feels like they only care about making money now and nothing else. If you’re on a sports team or train in the late evenings, don’t even bother coming here after 7 p.m. The water is freezing, barely even lukewarm. It’s winter, come on, turn the temperature up. The only time it’s a bit warmer is in the morning, and even then, you can hardly tell. It’s like they completely forgot about people who shower twice a day.nnComing home from training in the freezing wet cold, all you want is a hot shower to warm up and relax. Instead, you end up shivering the whole time, wondering why you’re even paying so much for this place. By the time you’re done, you’re actually colder than when you started. It’s miserable.nnThe cleaning situation isn’t any better. The cleaners just show up for show. They don’t touch the sinks, they don’t wipe down the kitchen counters, and they don’t even sweep before mopping. They’re in and out in about ten minutes, and that’s if they even show up within the two-week window they promise. Half the time, they don’t.nnThen there’s the guest situation. The contract clearly says there’s a three-guest limit, yet people bring in ten or more guests at a time. The staff see it happening and don’t say a single thing. There’s no security presence at all. People just walk in and out like it’s their own place, and no one checks anything. It doesn’t feel safe or managed.nnNext year I'm definitely moving back on campus.nFor what they charge here, you'd expect things to be better, but they're not. The kitchen is the same as the one on campus, the showers are worse, and the distance just makes everything more inconvenient. It honestly feels like they're trying to squeeze as much profit as possible by cutting corners wherever they can — hiring cleaners who clearly aren't professional and keeping the water temperature low just to save money. All that on top of the already ridiculous price we're paying.nThere's honestly not a single reason to stay here.nIt's disappointing, frustrating, and completely not worth it.
The front desk staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. They actually take the time to look into any query/issue that you have; and provide the answer/solution very quickly. If they aren't able to give you an answer/resolution - they always then refer you to something/someone who will. They have made living at EVO Student very easy and straightforward; especially as it is my first time there.
very nice student apartment, nice gym, studying area and lounge.
Evo/Luxurio is a cool place for students accommodation. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. A shout out to Camy, Idris, and Martin who were very friendly and welcoming. Not forgetting Hiram for his friendly assistance throughout the checking in process at reception. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and patient, including the maintenance guys we interacted with at Townhouse 1. Thanks guys
I have been here for years, and it was fantastic experiences. Staff are really kind and all facilities condition is nice. Also, they hold social events often.
