Lovely friendly ladies, great selection of dresses that were different to dresses I'd seen elsewhere and much more reasonably priced for what you get. Amazing that they are open on Sundays. The only downside is that you're not able to take photos until you buy but if you've already been to several other shops like I had, I knew when I tried on my dress! I had my alterations done here too and the lady was very patient and did an amazing job - it fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend, worth a visit.

I was very pleased with the service. I thought the ladies were very friendly and helpful. It was a really relaxed feel; not pretentious or he feel of pressure to buy the dress which was a welcome relief from some of the other shops. I felt they really wanted me to get the right dress. There was a good range of dresses. Similar set up to other places where they only have one size in each and you hope you fit! The tailor was great in making sure I had the right fit. The dresses ranged from £800 upwards. Again similar price range to others. I was very pleased with my dress and would recommend.

I would like to say that we have had exceptional service from all the staff at the Wedding Warehouse, from start to finish they couldn't of been more helpful. The service and advice was brilliant and my Daughter has ended up with her perfect dress for her perfect day on Saturday. Thank you for making the process of choosing a dress so rewarding. Thanks for everything Tina Franklin.

NEVER SHOP HERE! My wife to be recently visited this shop for the first time with 4 of her friends and family; by the end of their visit she walked out crying because of the level of poor, uncaring customer service they all received. They were made to feel unwelcomed, to the point the staff made them feel like the bottom of the run on the social ladder and treated them as if they were dirty and how dare these kind of people even so much as look at the shop let alone walk in. At one point a bridesmaid offered a suggestion and showed a dress she had found to a member of staff to say that this is the style the bride may like. The response was “please do not touch! I’m the professional. Let me do my job I think I know what I’m doing.” When asked to look at bridesmaid dresses they point blankly refused them saying “buy the wedding dress first then we can look at them.” The list of bad service goes on but there won’t be enough pages to write them all out and needless to say they were not in there very long. Tried on two dresses and that was enough. In the end I called to speak with the manager to see if there was away they could redeem themselves and politely asked if there was anything they could do that would make us go back. I spoke to the manager and was shocked to see that it was indeed the manager that served them. She blamed the poor customer services on the grounds the group of people was too large (5 including the bride) and it was too difficult with such a large number. She told me she has 25 years experience so I am surprised to hear that this is the case as I am sure this is not and will not be the first time a group of 5 or more has entered her shop over the years. When asked if there was anything she was willing to do she replied “in my experience if someone is that unhappy with our customer service they will always be unhappy no matter how many times they come in. So why should I feel like we should make them feel special just to try and change their minds about us the next time they come in. If she is unhappy with our customer service that much then I would not want her to shop here nor do I want her money.” The end line “you are only ringing after discount.” In all she out right told me she does not believe what I was telling her, she was defensive and dismissive with the attitude of “I don’t care and if that how you feel then tough.” The most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to.

I took my Fiancee to this fantastic Bridal Studio. The service was outstanding, cannot thank the staff enough. She really had a huge range to choose from and was very happy with the experience.
