I have been avoiding going in here but had to today. A member of staff I didn’t recognise served me and he was rude and ignorant and appeared virtually unable to string 2 words together. It beggars belief how this Post Office continue to employ people with zero customer facing skills.

A post office that doesn't do change? A money service that doesn't give the service ? And an attitude that left me wanting to pull the smug arse hole through his little power window and slap him. The reply for my question of "could I get some change please " "Yeah if you buy something" then the stupid smile on his face.

I wish I could actually rate this 0 stars or minus 1. Honestly the attitude of the staff there is abysmal. I have used the Lutterworth post offices for 30 years now, man and boy. The old brigade were so friendly and helpful. The staff running the place now basically want sacking, as they actually have a detrimental effect on the business. Rudeness won't be trained out of these people, they shouldn't be in customer facing roles at all.

Staff were extremely rude and made me and others feel very unwelcome and even guilty for sending a parcel. No customer service skills at all.

We are an office who use this post office most days. Convenience is the only reason. The ten of us who work in this office have all experienced rude staff pretty much every single visit. Just witnessed one customer who was very upset as the female Manager has been condescending to her. This is not the first time I have seen this kind of thing there. Need some serious training
