I had a warranty issue with a bike I had bought elsewhere.. the guys at Lutterworth Cycle Centre took me under their wing and helped get things sorted out for me even though there was nothing in it for them.  Great attitiude, great service.  I wasn't a customer before but I certainly will be in future.  Also the shop itself is an aladdin's cave of gorgeous road bikes: Bianchi, Cipollini, Cervélo, Look, (of which the latter had incredible discounts).  This isn't your average commuter/kids' bikes place but they're nice fellas so I'm sure they'd probably be helpful and welcoming to beginners.  Highly recommended shop for anyone in the region looking for decent kit from trustworthy people.
