We had an excellent party yesterday for our daughter's 11th Birthday. Liz and Beth were great hosts and the girls had an amazing time.  If you're looking for a pamper party with a difference, we'd highly recommend Lush.

Roan had been amazing! He was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and not to mention fun to chat to. Thanks to his advice I managed to find a perfect birthday gift for my friend, and also bought amazing bath bombs and a body scrubs for myself. He explained each of the products and advised what to choose for my own and my friends sensitive skin and fragrance preferences. Attended the half term Easter event making bath bombs and egg hunt. It was lovely. Staff were amazing, the kids really enjoyed it and the goody bag was very well received. Thank you

Georgia gave me excellent advice when talking through skincare with me earlier today. She was attentive to my needs when it came to skincare and was able to offer me a one-to-one consultation in the middle of the shop. I really valued Georgia’s approach In the shop, which was calm and friendly. Georgia made my shopping experience a delight and even accommodated for my partner who was with me. Thank you Georgia and I look forward to having more experiences in the shop and hope to have your help again.  Lush Sheffield always has a positive atmosphere and I enjoy a visit every-time I come in. Always a great experience at this store! had a lovely consultation and info about the lush spas along with helping me to find a tailored gift for someone along with help finding a perfect treat for myself along with a sample of a face mask I wanted to try. Everyone here is super friendly and it always makes my day whenever I visit this store!

Really great customer service from Lush in Sheffield yesterday. I had a chat with Roan who was friendly and approachable, and after a good chat with him he showed me a few products that were suited for my lifestyle. It’s brill that the staff take their time to understand their customers needs!

I always have such an incredible experience at this branch. The staff are helpful and welcoming, everyone is so polite and kind. Thank you to Jax who was very sweet and patient while helping me find a mask to reduce my skin problems. They even offered me a sample of a fresh mask that I haven’t tried to see how it works at home :

Visited Lush on the 4th March, on a last minute day out with my son age 4, we spoke to Emma who was absolutely brilliant, she helped my son choose a bath bomb to have a go with in store and played a game with him with the jelly bear, she was amazing with him and I never once fealt pressured to buy anything, although I did . She was fantastic from start to finish and my son spoke about the experience for days afterwards. All the staff that day were very smiley and approachable, but Emma was a  Highly recommend .

I had a lovely warm welcome today by an employee Nadia. She was very helpful and kind. She helped me decide on what to get for my sister and made the decision making much less overwhelming and easier as she showed what different products did and how they work and showing us the most fun items they have in store which of course I walked away with, my sister loves them. The overall shopping experience was delightful and I really think Nadia and the other lovely staff played a large roll in making that happen :
