I brought my bathbomb loving daughter into lush derby for her birthday and she was treated by the most lovely person. He showed her the minion bath bomb and let her see what it did it the water. So wish I got his name as he was amazing! Thankyou for making her first lush experience great :
I visited lush today and Pia was really kind and helpful. She was very thorough and sweet and spent a lot of time with me. Her customer service is amazing and definitely made my experience today. Such an asset to the team
Came in looking for a body scrub, the sales assistant was wonderful, showed me a few different products and helped me find what I wanted and which other product scents would work with it, then as I paid, she popped a lil extra thing in my bag for me. She didn't have to but she did, and there was a card from Lush saying to pay it forward - and I will <3
WOW! i honestly had such a fun experience and it smelt absolutely amazing there, it was so interactive and fun and they had testers for EVERYTHING! in terms of product it is incredible, completely animal cruelty free made with natural ingredients and smells phenomenal, incredible value for what it is, me and my girlfriend are so grateful for our experience, and the workers were so happy and fun to talk to at the end i just had to let them know how good of an experience it was, i left with three soaps and they smell so so good, 10/10!!!! and i cannot wait for the new seasonal arrivals!
Today I took my son to the lush half term party which is a bargain for what you get. David was the perfect host, he’s fantastic with the kids and has a great sense of humour. The kids did a variety of activities that they all seemed to love. We cannot wait for the next one :

Yesterday we returned to Lush at Derbion and it was a pleasant surprise to find David. As always, he was friendly and professional: his knowledge of every single ingredient in all the products always leaves us speechless, as does the fact that he always goes above and beyond his duties to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He remembered us, our tastes and showed us new products that we might like based on what we had told him on our previous visit. We look forward to returning, not only because Lush is our favourite personal care brand, but also to meet David again. Magi & Fabio
I absolutely adore this store. I'm new to lush and originally went in to get a gift for a family member. A wonderful lady called Michelle took care of us. She was kind, bubbly and an absolute joy to speak to. She gave us recommendations and even gave my partner and I some mini treatments to show us the products that would be good for us. We spent absolutely ages in there talking with Michelle. She was full of so much lush knowledge and she is an absolute credit to the lush company. I left with only what I when in for so it shows the staff aren't pushy with sales. I will 100% be returning for some products for myself, my partner and my kids. Michelle absolutely made my day and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend store.
My boyfriend and I were served by a lovely lady named Michelle. She was absolutely amazing. She presented herself well with fantastic customer service and really knew her stuff. She made us comfortable and did the best hand spa ever!! Cannot wait to come back soon!!
Had such a wonderful experience here on Thursday 1st August, we came down from Ilkeston to do some shopping and popped into lush, we met such a kind staff member called Michelle and she was so lovely and thoughtful and such a joy to talk to, she made the whole experience for me and my little brother incredible and we had such a great time!!! we could keep praising her more and more
