A busy and bustling cafe on a Saturday morning and then service can be a bit disjointed and slow. The cafe is very nice inside and feels very homely. There is an upstairs family room where no dogs are allowed and the place is clean and tables cleared promptly which is good. Really friendly staff
What a wonderful find! Visited today with my little boy and grandad. Warm, homely and very friendly. Had some yummy homemade cakes and sandwiches. Thankyou
Had a late breakfast today and indulged in the Breakfast Burger. Loved the combination of burger, egg bacon and hash brown and the side offering of a few chips and some beans was an unexpected treat. It could have done with a little sauce or relish on to lift it but sauces are available on table and a bit of ketchup worked wonders. The coffee was well made and service was excellent. I can heartily recommend this place to stop for a cuppa and chat to friends.

The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. The cafe is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place
Decent friendly service, and good food at a reasonable price. Plenty of places to sit, and pleasant to sit in. For those who are not so good on their feet please not the toilets are upstairs. I had a very nice full vegetarian breakfast for £5.00 complete with toast and jam.
Nice afternoon tea. Bit pricey but enjoyed it.
Only called in for a coffee. Ended up having a hot chocolate with marshmallows! Best of all it's dog friendly
Lovely, friendly waitress who was run off her feet, but poorly managed business. We waited over half an hour to be told they didn't have what we had ordered. A good cafe is aware of stock levels and service times. Unfortunately a very poor experience, we accepted a politely offered refund and won't return
