We feel as if we have been robbed in broad daylight as we were unable to get a refund for an unused/unpacked lamp that we returned the following morning as it didn’t look right in situ once we got it home. Apparently there was a notice to say ‘no refunds’ but this was hidden and certainly not drawn to our attention when we bought the lamp. Since every other shop we use does give refunds, this feels like an extremely unfair practice. Be warned!
Great selection of bulbs and shades. I went in looking for some under hood bulbs for a kitchen counter light and was given exactly the one I needed. Unfortunately, one of them blew a few days later but when I went back, they replaced it for free. Friendly and helpful staff.
We visited Lumination in Cirencester last week and were impressed with their choice of lighting. What impressed us, equally, was the first-class and knowledgeable service that we had from their Manager, Alan. Nothing was too much trouble; no question was too trivial to be answered carefully. All sorts of combinations could be pulled off to get us the look that we want in our new kitchen and we appreciated that. Thoroughly recommend.
Alan has been more than helpful trying to sort us out with lampshades and fixing an old light. So happy with all our purchases! Thank you : What a refreshing retail experience!
Superb selection of unusual and unique lights! I only popped in to purchase a few spare bulbs but left with two new lamps! All thanks to the helpful chap that served me.
Their display of lighting is now very impressive. They have lots of styles of contemporary luminaires ranging from simple desk lamps to very futuristic designs and good stocks of light bulbs. They still have some stock of incandescent bulbs, but they have a good range of modern LED replacements. Worth a visit.
Excellent customer service last week. Bathroom lightbulb went at 7pm and armed with a grainy photo I saw Andrew in Lumination. He found the exact bulb I needed with a smile on his face even though I was probably hard work!
I needed a bulb for my oven, took my old one in and they pulled out a new one straight away! Great service and well priced
