Family member who stays here is treated very well by the Christian staff members. It's an incredible place really, well run, clean and managed by staff who seem to genuinely care not just because of their job, but their faith! Nice quiet area and lots of parking for family who visit too.
My relative has been here for a number of months and I am very unhappy about the level of care they receive in the dementia unit. There is an insufficient number of carers to look after the dementia residents who often look unkempt. The staff are friendly however the home is not well managed, please consider other options.
I have always found the staff and management to be polite and friendly. My partner's nan lives here and appears to be well looked after
Very caring staff who go the extra mile, really did our family proud.
