She has this beautiful smile and an absolutely wicked sense of humour. From initial email to the trial her communication was excellent. At the trial she listened to what I wanted and we worked together until we were both happy. She is so professional and so talented. On the day it was like having another friend in the room, working her magic I felt a million dollars by the time she was finished.
