Very disrespectful went in the shop to drop off a parcel and they refused to take it. Horrible customer service

Very useful for courier drop off / pick ups UPS, Amazon etc... But turns out they have a quality stock of alcohols! I bought Cointreau and a high-ish end Tequila for reasonable prices....

Very very disrespectful cashiers, they need to stop being rude to customers.

Surposedly a Hermes drop off or collection point. On a collection DON'T BOTHER if the box is bigger than a shoe box, but even that maybe too big. Refused my parcel, so went back into system and then Hermes person/s NICKED THE CONTENT even though insured nothing.  This was the address given by Dawid Cygan and he states he went into your shop and you refused the parcel. So why was he using your address, perhaps you need to ask HIM... Very good store I going there to send package and sometimes to buy a snack . Amazing customer service.  You feel welcome at this store . This store is clean and well stock  . I can't say anything bad about this store.

I have been here several times now and the gentleman and lady that work here are absolutely lovely. They are helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Thank you! I'll be again soon.

Because the shop owners Mr Lucky and he's wife are a very friendly Newsagents, they always make me  feel welcome when I visit the newsagents on a regular basis, as it's my local.
