Delivery was on time early actually but the food was pretty disappointing. The chicken balls were all batter with a tiny piece of chicken inside, and the salt and pepper chips were basically just chips. Very bland. The rice was good, that’s about it. Wouldn’t order from here again. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options.
Placed a large order this evening for collection food was perfect and staff were great. Sorted out minor issue generously. Would definitely recommend
It was okay, they got the order wrong though. Instead of a pork chow mein they gave me chicken in a separate box and noodles separately too. The king po chicken isn’t very nice. Starters are good.
Through the lockdown the food wasn't the best they delivered a few times. They was glad of our custom through covid19 manger apparently doesn't speak English didn't do so bad when came to the door they fob you off, bad news. Treat you dirty. Deserve to shut down

After receiving and order that wasn't up to its usual standard I was offered a £10 credit note or reorder of food. Very happy with how my complaint was dealt with. Would highly recommend Lucky Red
