AVOID- placed a few orders with Lucky House in the past via JustEat and its been okay. BUT- as I received a 10% off offer off a delivered menu, I ordered via the phone as the offer said I had to. Ordered two items off the menu plus £1 delivery charge and calculated the exact change for the delivery driver with the 10% off menu price. Double checked the menu prices to find they matched the just eat prices as well. When the delivery driver turned up he gave me a different figure that was about £1 higher and showed me the order receipt. I rang up to dispute as I had the exact change but the call handler didn't accept my calculation even when I explained it step-by-step, logically. I didn't want to be rude and keep the delivery driver waiting so I told the handler that I would not be using Lucky House in future. Had to rummage around the house for the extra money, felt sorry for the delivery driver who was waiting in the cold! If you have offers, please stick to them and apply them correctly otherwise this can cause inconvenience.

Food was nice although bit disappointed the Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken Fried Rice just had chicken pieces sprinkled on top rather than actual dishes prepared. Ordered via Just Eat and delivery came on time as requested.

Just ordered the Peking duck and it was easily the worst I've even seen. Completely inedible. Just a chunk of duck fat, not even enough meat for two pancakes. Avoid.
