I usually always order from here and the food is great, but tonight we ordered and after 45 minutes we received a call from the driver saying he has been outside for 5 minutes so i went to the door and there was no one there so we called back and after 3 attempts we got through to the driver and he said 10 minutes to which we replied our food would be cold, we rang Lucky House to explain this and she was very rude and abrupt and would not let us say what we had to say about the food would be cold, she just insisted that he went to the wrong house which was a lie because the number they said they went to was right across the road from my house, i will not be ordering from this take away ever again as the women needs a lesson on customer service, little does she know I work for trading standards and will be reporting all this. politeness does not cost a thing all we wanted to say is that if he was stood outside the wrong house for 5 minutes and then he said it would take a further 10 minutes then our food would of been cold!!!! ( I take back the star I gave as I had to put 1 star to post )
