Ordered set meal A for 2. It was reasonable cost at £18:50 or so and tasted good. It was all warm /hot when we got back to Shepley and it contained about twice as much as we could eat. I stopped on way past the restaurant and staff helped me select. I would not have stopped if I had read the reviews. I agree it is shabby and it looks uncared for.
Hello we have just received a Chinese from hear and with out being rude it was awful. The chips had been cooked left to go cold and then reheated and the rice was stone cold and my chicken balls had also been cooked then reheated. Very disappointing you don't expect 5 star when you get a quick takeaway but this was terrible it all had to be fed to the dog. We don't often eat from takeaways. but this is definitely not expected. I seriously hope no body else receives the same food as we did anytime soon and if this is the caliber of cook quality maybe u shud consider employing someone else. I wish I cud upload photos so you don't just think I'm having a winge.
Been using this takeaway for the past year, on a delivery basis through hungry house. Spent £££ here. Food has always been excellent for myself, no issues on that side of things. Unfortunate thing is now i tend to wait almost 2 hours to get my food delivered from less than 5 miles down the road, it gets worse every time i order, on that basis, lost a another customer.
We were recommended this takeaway by a friend and the first couple of times we used it, it was very good. Unfortunately the last couple of times have been very poor. One time we were quoted a 2 and a half hour wait for delivery by an exceptionally rude man I was very polite and now they are not delivering at all. Plus , they don't even have a website which is poor in this day and age
Terrible takeaway. The food wasn't exactly great, it was undercooked and tasted bad. The place isn't clean at all and is very run down. The staff are okay, but the food takes forever to actually be cooked. This takeaway is a shambles. They have two options, continue serving bad food and get shut down or improve the takeaway and gain respect. They also need a website.
ordered a takeaway which arrived without the rice we had ordered, the vegetarian soup came with chicken in it! We called to tell them to which they said they would refund the £2.50 for the soup and send more rice, we then received a call from them saying they weren't sending more rice as it would take too long! Currently boiling some quinoa to go with what they sent, defies the object of ordering a takeaway no?
****AVOID**** The very worst takeaway I have ever had in my life. Took 1.5 hours to arrive, items missing, cold and dryer than that 8 year old MacDonalds picture doing the rounds on social media. Seriously I cannot begin to explain just how terrible this was.
We have ordered a few times since they have refurbished. Food is always nice & hot when delivered. Not complaints.
Food took two hours to be delivered, couldn't get through to speak to someone about my order and then when it arrived thr bean sprouts were burnt the chicken was burnt and curry was tasteless not to mention all of the food was cold when it arrived!!!! Would NOT recommend this place to rats!!!
Just recieved our take away after ordering it through just eat .. . Shocking it's was so cold cost over 20.00 ...we do know that when it is good it is what's going on
