Ordered food as a treat for myself, my husband and 3 year old. Told it would be 45 mins. An hour later still no food, so rang and they said “it’s on it’s way” they’re 6 mins away. 20mins later still no food. So rang again, 1.5 hours after order time and told them not to bother. We had some attitude and would you believe it food came 6 mins or so later with more lies about an audit visit. Dont lie to me, if I’d have know it would take this long I’d have made food for my boy, put him to bed and waited!!! Pathetic. Don’t order from here, 100% don’t recommend!!

After trying most of the Chinese food deliveries in my area. This is by far my favourite. Never had a disappointing meal. They go that little bit further to satify.

Not even worthy of a star, ordered through Hungry House, apparently the delivery driver could not find the address, despite being given to him. Apparently called numerous times, only had one missed called! Then wanted to charge a further £3.00 delivery as he was now out the area and quite clearly could not be bothered to deliver so put the phone down on me! Finally have had my refund from Hungry House, will not be contacting this place again!
