Absolutely shambolic! I was warned not to use them but thought that my estate agent wouldn’t possibly recommend someone terrible - I was wrong! Their incompetency meant a mortgage on my new property was set up and the first payment taken from my bank account before we had completed and I still owned another property. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Really impressed with the service from Lowick Mckay.  They were helpful and friendly through every step of the sale and purchase of our house.  Excellent!

So far, so bad!!! The service is shambolic. Can't get through to Bernadette on the phone, she doesn't return calls, then book a face-to-face appointment to find out what's happening and they don't have the appointment in (this is after I spent 15 minutes on the phone last week on hold and then booking it). If I don't get a call back today, I won't be using your services!!!!!

Bernadette and her team handled efficiently and diligently the purchase of our dream home- a Grade II listed building which on its own could have been very difficult- the property had been converted into two dwellings, there were multiple consents that had to be checked and rechecked and the team did a tremendous job in ensuring all was in place and approved. Not only did they complete this with extreme diligence and professionalism but they also dealt with the remortgage of my existing property where we had to have simultaneous completion.  The team did a tremendous job and we were very happy with their service.
