I visit this library lots. The furniture and bookshelves are neatly arranged in both the upstairs and downstairs room. There are lots of chairs, sofas, and tables available to use upstairs in the library. The library has a huge selection of books that are well arranged on each bookshelf. The staff are very helpful and friendly if you need to help trying to find specific books, or have any other questions, And the place is very clean and tidy too. This is one of the best libraries that I've visited.
This cafe is in the library and was just what we wanted after we had parked in the car park nearby and before we set off to do our shopping! There is a varied menu although we only had a cuppa! The staff are very friendly and the cafe is airy, clean and spacious!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Web site is good and easy to reserve books, as well as renew. They often organise activities for little ones.
If you order a DVD , check the package before leaving the premises!!! Over the last 12 months I have ordered a couple of DVDs to watch and on both occasions only one disc of a two part set has been included!!! I should have checked after the first debacle but didn't possibly think this could happen again, how wrong was I!! Also, if you order a book, be prepared to get an audio version instead????! In view of the restriction of members within the library, you would think that the staff would have the time to ensure items requested were correct and present? You would be wrong!
