Lower Morden, a Wyevale Garden Centre

About

Welcome to our page. We are a part of Wyevale Garden Centres, bringing joy and inspiration to everyone's garden.

Story

After 1000 years of agriculture and horticulture in Lower Morden, our garden centre is keeping the tradition alive!

Lower Morden Garden Centre was preceded by a council-run nursery on the site of Peacock Farm (which appeared on Ordnance Survey maps as early as the 1850s) and the Victorian farm house still survives to this day. The site’s agricultural history can be traced back to its medieval origins.

Today, customers can take a leisurely stroll around our all-weather, undercover plant area, browse our extensive gift range, and enjoy a cup of freshly ground coffee and home-made cake in our newly refurbished restaurant, while the children play in our soft play area.

We all look forward to welcoming you to the centre soon.

Big place with lots of different sections. Plants, ornaments, tools, clothes, cafe, aquatics, etc.nPretty much everything you need for the garden and alot for the home.nFood section looked good too.nFun and unusual stuff for round the house.nIt is owned by a corporate but has managed to retain alot of the small family feel about it.nStaff are very friendly and helpful.nPlenty of parking spaces.nIt was our first time there, and very impressed. We will definitely be going back.
A friend who knows that I like flowers asked me to go, so we went yesterday. To think that there were pretty flowers, a small life shopping mall, a small aquarium, and even a cafe so close... We had a great time. And the cafe staff were friendly too.nIf there's anything I regret, the coffee & walnut cake we chose was too dry, the vegetables lettuce weren't fresh, and the tomato soup was too sour, so I couldn't eat it all even with bread. The broccoli & potato salad was also delicious. But entirely most of food was tasty. Next time, I'll look at the cakes on display first and then order them.
Lovely garden centre. The staff are always so helpful. The cafe is terrific. Whether you want a comfy mosey round or to really shop for quality products, you will have a fabulous time here. If you’re lucky you’ll see a cat demonstrating the comfort of the garden furniture.
We visited weekend Christmas shopping!! Plenty of car parking space, free!!! And massive garden center. They have fish selection as well. Christmas tree and decorations stuff. Winter plants as well. We spend good time and good shopping here!!
As a family we love this garden centre and visit regularly because there is always something new. We bought a lot of Christmas presents and the clothes superb and often reduced. All very clean and tidy and staff helpful. We always visit the cafe which is a bit pricy it the chips are delicious and you can stay as long as you like.
