Absolutely brilliant was so scared but quickly put at ease going again wouldn't go anywhere else

I've been using this practice since it openened, but will now never go back there, when I was under Dr Wilson had no problems, he used to say "tell me what you think & I'll tell you what I think" what he always maintained was that nobody knows your body like yourself. This has always worked for me. Last Tuesday 2nd I had an appointment with his 'replacment' and was in agony with a kidney infection caused by a virus I still have. Rang today for results of water sample test (that's all she would do.) Results normal apparently, so nothing wrong with me. I must be imagining acute kidney ache/ hot sweating/ severe cold fever & a blinding headache. I am totally disgusted with her service and will be putting in an official complaint, not that that will help Also will now find a competent doctor that will actually listen to me
