Great high quality garden centre, farm shop and restaurant. Great range of house plants and lovely colourful pots to match. Wide range of gifts to purchase in the store, including local greetings cards from local artists. The restaurant is always very busy and has a great reputation, the food is very good and high quality. The farm shop is brilliant, a great range on offer.
Excellent restaurant and farm shop. Friendly service. Delicious fresh cooked food and home made cakes. Excellent farm shop with home made pies and a wide range of products including local vegetables.
We make a point of calling in, when in the area and in need of refreshment. The cakes are to die for - good selection of g/f and vegan too and we often buy extra to take away. Plenty of room between tables - a lovely, light space with great use of plants to soften the area. Great service. The farm shop is well worth a visit too. There seems to be a good selection of plants etc too. Definitely a "go to" place to spend a couple of hours.
I went today for a Christmas lunch the girls my Close friends and my newborn. The service was fabulous - efficient and friendly staff. The food was AMAZING! I had the roasted winter vegetable salad with goats cheese to start - which was so good I couldn’t eat it quick enough! And traditional roast Turkey for my main, which had one of the best roast potatoes I’ve ever had!! Good portion sizes as well and very well priced! Unfortunately I couldn’t manage a pudding, but my friends did and they looked amazing. They also catered to my intolerances - I’m gluten and lactose free! Would highly recommend a visit!
Dog friendly. Toasty warm from multiple log fires in the cafe. Coffee very nice. Had a delightful sausage sandwich. Even the ketchup is a cut above others offerings. Parking is very good- disabled parking is well placed. Highly recommended.
A lovely cafe with a good choice of savoury items and delicious cakes. Vegan and gluten free options available. Always end up buying something from the shop, usually a plant, and love the fresh produce in the farm shop, lovely veg!
It's a bit of a gem. I've been frequenting since about 2015. Lunches, Sunday Lunches, tea and cake. Decent prices for a decent meal..Or visiting the garden centre and farm shop. Lots of parking and a nice couple of hours spent! It's worth a visit.
The Christmas menu was utterly delightful! Great value for money and the food was AMAZING.
Excellent experience. A wonderful restaurant with high quality food and drink perfectly pink lamb and al dente vegetables- exactly how it should be with a lovely nursery and garden centre that caters to all gardening needs. Not only that, but a wonderful farm shop with real butchers. We traveled several hours and definitely be back!
Great staff great food try to reserve for lunch. Coffee you can turn up but be prepared to wait. Worth it for the cake! Lovely atmosphere. Expensive but good quality farm shop and gift shop.
