Good range of products but when I visited, the service wasn't brilliant. The gentleman at the counter TOTALLY ignored me for 5 minutes as he messed around on his counter monitor !!, not impressed and I will probably go elsewhere from now on. Not even apology wad given....

Have shopped at Low Cost for a variety of motor parts for years. Always competitive on prices and very helpful and courteous. If for any reason they cannot help with a problem they will always be able to recommend someone else. Great service. I'll be back.

Best garage in town without a doubt. I’ve been going to this place now for over 25 years that should tell you enough. They have always looked after me and all my cars. The staff are all great and really friendly if you need a garage use this one.

I will naver to go this place to shop again its too expensive and else when you buy something from them and want to return it back you won't get u money bk so my advice not go this shop.

My go to place for car parts. If they don't have something, which is rare, they'll get it same day. Prices are good, the guys are friendly and know their stuff.

Was given wrong reverse bulb on last visit but they corrected it when I went back other than that good service only would say if you can give the the correct item first time round so there’s no wasting time coming back

Absolutely cowboys & back street customer service. Rang up for parts and the rude owner said “don’t waste my time I’m busy”. Surprised people still spend their money in a place like this. Hopefully with more awareness with reviews they won’t.

Paid 12 quid for a £5 product, I was told that brand wasn't available at £5, I immediately found the set on line for £4.90, then a better larger set for £4.50 by the same manufacturer,  your overpriced and rude with it, I won't be back !
