I used this Firm for my salon business in Sussex. I received an extremely efficient on the time service on a low rate. My previous accountant charged me 3 times more. This firm was cheaper and a lot superior to other firms I have used in the past. I received a 5* service at a fraction of cost. I highly recommend this firm. In fact, when I mentioned to other businesses how much they charged me for doing staff payroll, Vat and accounts people didn't even believe me. Fabulous.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend low cost accounts to anyone looking for this service.

I have to give a special mention to Stephen. After several conversations with Stephen on the phone it was clear he was experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to offer a truly outstanding service at an unbeatable price. 

I will definetly continue with low cost accounts as they make life easy for me so I can continue to grow my business whilst they handle my accounts

I've used low cost accounts for two years now, and both years have been brilliant. This year Joe, did my tax return and was very helpful whilst doing this. Every time I phoned or emailed Joe  he got back to me straight away with an answer, very helpful and nothing was any trouble. Very efficient and worth every penny!!. I'd recommend Low Cost Accounts to anybody who has a business or needs help in this area!!

Appalling service. Highly unprofessional and dis-organised. Made incessant demands for payment that when we requested evidence of work completed we were advised by the Managing Partner that unless payment was made without further questioning they would "Withhold the information required to complete your accounts and withhold information required for HMRC. This will lead to penalties and ill feeling and I urge you to pay".       

Would recommend staying well away.

Very quick to respond to negative feedback online. Sadly not as quick to attend to accounting matters. Would highly recommend asking for references before engaging, cannot verify the identity of some of the people leaving comments here.
