I have been getting my waxing done here for the last few months and always had a great experience, I am always made to feel very welcome and comfortable every time I visit. Charlotte always does my waxing she is lovely and very approachable and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. She has also done Gel polish for my sister in the past they looked great and lasted longer then she could normally get her nails to last. I would highly recommend Love U to everyone and anyone who wants treatments doing.

We came here for some girl time - my daughter, her aunt and me. They were busy but fitted us in one after the other for a manicure and eyebrow shaping. I am very fussy and don't really like anyone filing my nails, but the girl did a lovely job and 11 days on my nails are still perfect - ok so they have grown a bit, but the polish is immaculate. As part of the manicure we received a really lovely hand massage and we all agreed for that alone it was worth it. The nail area is in the foyer of the salon and it is a really pleasant place to sit. The lighting is ambient and the decor somehow soothing. The lady on reception was very friendly and chatted with us between looking after clients coming in and out. I am surprised by the negative review below as she took time to check all the rooms and make sure everything was just so. We will definitely be back - lovely salon

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Sunbeds are clean and strong. Haven't had my nails done here yet but I've seen others having theirs done and looks fab.

Avoid at ALL costs! The waiting was extremely long. When I did get seen, the wax pot was too hot, not how you should wax your clients. On top of that the girl waxing me had no idea which way to pull the muslin cloth (you're suppose to pull against the hairs growth) which caused me great pain. This continued through out the waxing which led me to have to stop her...something I have NEVER done when waxing. The pain was unbearable to say the least. I wish Google would allow zero stars to be rated. The worst £30 I spent, then to go home & find I still had hair even though I let her finish towards the end. I tried to pull through thinking why I've come there, only to go home with hair thats not been waxed. The girl who waxed me was a blonde bimbo who had no idea what a beauty salon worker should do.

clean and comfortable atmosphere, got a spray tan done here I'm very impressed- the technique really makes it look natural and I have have no problems with it regarding streakiness etc. will definitely be coming back!
