I loved the pomelo purfume!
Fantastic customer service - I asked lots of questions on-line, received prompt informative answers. Ordered "A Fragrance Trio" all 3 scents are a crowd pleaser. Just tested my Mandrine sample as suggested - love it! Only placed my order yesterday lunchtime and received it this morning - Thank you Alice for all your help
We came back for Orange Butterfly this time. Very lovely smell and 50ml is cute. If you like something unique, perhaps stop by and try Jo Loves.
I'm a big fan of Jo Malone and I was so excited to go the the store. There were two ladies at the counter, elder and young, the elder was so helpful and lovely, however, the experience had gone downhill when the younger one taking our payment. She was very unwelcome and kind of rude when answering our question.
A wonderful experience, beautiful shop, with stunning fragrances and candles. Amazing helpful staff, telling us the background to Jo Loves and the fragrances. Thank you, we'll be back

Fabulous perfume
I was excited when I found out this was Jo Malone, because I think the quality has gone down with that brand and stopped shopping there a few years ago, but the jo loves the candles and scents are gorgeous and remind me that even though I spent a lot they are worth it! I'm a new fan :
