I have been going to Loves for my hair & beauty needs for over 4 years now and i wouldn't go anywhere else! I feel that the service is brilliant and always happy with the end result! Could not recommend them enough!!

APPAULING SERVICE. I had a consultation with April on Saturday 14th April 2018 about microblading/semi permanent brows. As I have a recently operated on scar on my brow it was decided to do a combination of both. April advised she would need to speak to the onsite nurse, as she would be going over a mole with the semi permanent tint. She also asked me to get a letter of authority from my plastic surgeon for microblading, as I was seeing him the following Friday, and I should call her after this. I rang to speak to April on Monday 16th as I needed to ask something before she spoke to the nurse, so a message was left with reception as it was her day off.  I rang on the Wednesday, and was told she was very busy and  was told she'd call me when free.I rang on Friday after seeing my consultant as she requested, I tried her mobile this time as I still had not had a return call from when I rang the salon from Monday.
I also rang the next week on Tuesday 24th as still no call,and reception spoke to April and I was promised a call once she finished work that nite from her mobile, but still received no call back 
I left a voicemail early morning on Friday 27th advising I would be looking to book elsewhere if didn't get call by the end of her working hours on Saturday. Surprise surprise, no call back. Clearly Loves Hair & Beauty are not bothered about losing this business from me, as they have also lost future business as I was looking to book a course of fat freezing and some dermaplaning with them

Had my nails and hair done at loves and I was extremely happy with the results, all the staff are lovely and welcoming I would highly recommend loves
